It's time to do some celebrating this weekend and enjoy a Friday night at the Murray County Speedway. Our race sponsor this week is Sturdevant's Auto Parts of Slayton. Sturdevant's will be having a "Back the Blue" celebration, in honor of our local law enforcement. We are still working on some final details for this honor, so check back later this week.
Online ticket sales will begin at 6pm tonight (Monday). General admission price is $12. We will be having free admission for all children 8 years old and under, for the grandstand. We are still operating under the maximum limit of 250 in the grandstand. Infield parking will still be offered at $60. You will be able the bring into the infield, your own pop,water, food and snacks. No alcohol or grilling is allowed in the infield. Last Friday night, we did sell out of the grandstand tickets. If you wish to guarantee a seat for yourself, please purchase the online tickets. There are no reserving of general admission seats by calling the speedway. Tickets that are not sold online, will be sold at the front gate, beginning at 6pm on Friday night.
