A few notes for this Friday's Practice Night. Back gate will open at 6pm, with practice starting at 7pm and going to 10pm. Entry fee is $50, which covers the car, driver and their pit crew (no other charges). Everyone will have to sign in for insurance (minors included). All cars are welcomed including the 305 sprint cars, limited late models and cars from other sanctioning bodies are welcomed to practice. Note for the drivers - The track's announcer Steve Zwemke is looking for your information and sponsors for race night. There will be some of these forms at the back gate tomorrow night, if you want to do a pencil copy. These are for all the IMCA classes, the bombers, 305 sprint cars and the limited late models.

Tickets for the grandstand will be available for tomorrow nights races either online or at the front gate. Infield parking will only be sold online at $15 per person, which will allow you to drive into the infield and bring your own snacks, pop and water, no alcohol. Online general admission prices are $12 for adults and $8 for students age 9 to 15. Children age 8 and under are free. If you had purchased a season pass for the 2020 season, you will be able to start using it for the 2021 season this Friday night. Bring your season pass card to the front gate ticket booth to gain admission. You will be able to use any number of punches on it until the punches are all gone.

Use of transponders for the 2021 season. The following classes will be using transponders this year: IMCA Modifieds, Stock Cars, Sport Mods and Hobbies. In the heat race, if you do not have an activated working transponder, you will be scored one place below what you have finished. If you come out for the feature, with no activated working transponder, you will be scored last. We are sad to announce that we are canceling the races for tonight. We have gotten a good 3 inches of rain this week. We are extremely happy for the farmers who needed the rain, it just doesn't work for the track. As you can see there is standing water in the pits and on the gravel. We don't cancel easily, but we don't want to tear up your equipment, our equipment and the fairgrounds. We look forward to seeing everyone next week for Mom, Boss, Hustle night.
