Another night of 2+ inches of rain, has made the Murray County Speedway cancel races for Friday May 31st for the second week in a row. We will attempt to get the track ready for Sunday June 2nd for the Hub City Summer Series races. The weather sounds iffy, but we will make a full attempt to have them. Please follow the track's Facebook information for the Sunday race.

The Sunday Hub City Summer Series race for June 2nd is rained out

Finally the forecast is for nice weather for racing! Come join us for Rowdy's radiator and NAPA night the Friday, June 7th. All six classes will be running. Altenburg Kids Club will be giving away two scooters thanks to Rowdy's and two fishing poles thanks to Shetek Sportsman Club. We look forward to seeing everyone at the track!

Another day of 1.5+ inches of rain, plus the 4inches received since last Friday, has made the Murray County Speedway cancel races for Friday June 21st.

After receiving another inch of rain over night and no drying conditions today, the races for June 28th are canceled. The races for Sunday June 30th are still scheduled to run.

Something new to try for tonight, the MyRacePass App now has a feature that you can hear from your Phone, Steve Mejia announcing the races tonight. You need to have the paid version of MyRacePass ($5.99/month) to get this feature. So bring your ear buds if you are sitting in the grandstands or have a bluetooth speaker in your car trailer and follow along with the races tonight. There will be music on the player until somewhere between 7:15-7:30 when Steve will begin announcing.
